All prices are in Euro and including Danish vat of 25%, unless anything else is stated.
Payment:
Cream´s Web shop accepts payment by Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, JCB, China UnionPay, American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. Cream´s Web shop encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction trough PBS.

Cream´s Web shop will deliver to you within 2-8 weekdays. We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time at Cream´s Web shop .
Faulty Items:
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing faults. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with faults that appears, within a period of 2 years. The faulty items must be due to material or production faults.
Cancellation and returns:
As a costumer you have 14 days to regret your purchase, when purchasing good via phone or by internet. If you regret your purchase Cream´s Web shop will return the price of the goods and delivery cost.

Please be noted we do not accept parcels return by cash on delivery (COD).
On returning faulty items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received by Cream´s Web shop.
